Coull Kirk sits at the heart of Coull which spreads from the Slack (Queen's View) to Wester Coull. It is the only remaining public building left in Coull and is grade 2 listed. It contains our war memorials and has many charming features. We succeeded in buying the Kirk in February 2026 and will now preserve it for use as a Kirk for all and a small event venue. We also aim to maintain and explain its historic features and make it more accessible to locals and tourists. Be part of preserving our heritage - and help us repair it for all to use. 

It is estimated that another £30,000 in needed to repair the roof, repair the walls, treat the woodworm and make it easier for the disabled to access the Kirk. The work has already begin with clearing decades of bird nesting material from the loft in preparation for the woodworm treatment. Your donation matters. Your name will also appear on the donations plaque in the Kirk.

Can we claim Gift Aid on your donation ?

Coull Trust is registered with HMRC and if you are a UK tax payer the charity will be able to claim an extra 25% on your donation. This will cost you nothing but you do need to be paying income tax for the claim to be valid.
